Tae Yoon was born and raised in Flushing, Queens.
After studying writing in college, he made a career for himself working in the New York City food and restaurant industry. His over 15 years of industry experience includes food publications, restaurants, bars, marketing, PR, events, digital publications, and both writing and editing.
Along with his many bylines, articles, and over a thousand food stories he has edited throughout his career, his dedication to writing was chronicled in a personal writing project he published for 15 years from 2006 to 2021.
Tae is currently writing a futuristic novel about revenge and food and is in search of literary representation.
